I am happy to correct my review after meeting with the owner of Central Florida Equity Builders who wasn't aware of these issues. Owner Rhett immediately came by to see what the issue was. It turned out the sales person did not keep the communication open letting me or the owner of Central Florida Equity Builders know my chimney really needed to be replaced. The roof was done properly and the pictures show the flashings were added but added to my deteriorated chimney. Owner decided to have my entire chimney redone. I only wished I contacted the owner when the communication stopped the first time around. In the future if communication stops or you don't get the right answer, just contact the owner of this company. I want to again thank the owner Rhett for stepping up to the plate to take care of my needs. I will upload new pictures of chimney once the work is completed...
