Called Thomas roofing and they sent out a guy named Kevin and he came out quick and gave me a real competitive price. He was very knowledgeable and even tried to fix my small leak in my shingle roof for nothing. I scheduled with Kevin and within 2 weeks they were on it. Our roof was a little over 15 years old and we used them this past week to replace it. They did a great job and I’m very happy so far. Thank you Kevin for checking in on both days of the installation to make sure it was done right and I was happy...

After many estimates and stressful meetings with salesmen, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael.  He walked me through the process step by step.  I had never had to have a roof replacement before and really had no idea other than the little bit of research that I found online.  I felt comfortable with the estimate and the explanation of the process.  The roof was started before the 4 week time line they gave me.  Once the process began, it was a bit stressful with the materials being delivered and the overall noise, but that was of no-fault to the company as a whole.  The proceess went smoothly, although a little delayed due to rain.   I give them 5 stars because I feel they were honest and reliable.  The only con I have is that the roofers themselves were quite messy, and didn't seem to take any care with my plants.  Also, they broke a light and didn't even mention it. Although, the contract does mention that they are not responsible for broken plants, etc.   I might add that AJ was amazing as well.  He was so personable and kind.  He came back quickly to retrieve the extra materials that were left behind.  Overall,  this was a pleasant experience.   I would highly recommend Thomas roofing for your roofing needs...

The staff and customer care was exceptional and overall excellent. From Michael who gave me a very fair and accurate pricing to Jose who manually performed the job and to Jeremy who helped me with payment technology, I would rate this company 10 plus in roof repair and management. Punctual, very thorough post job, provided me with before and after photos with dates and time so I can literally see what was repaired.  Clean up was exceptional as well and they were all pleasant and answered my questions and requests. I plan on calling them every year to check my roof after each hurricane season here in Orlando, Florida...

After a small misunderstanding earlier on, the team went above and beyond to listen to my feedback and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. I really appreciate how open and responsive they were, they truly value their customers and it shows.

A special shoutout to AJ and Jeremy, who demonstrated excellent communication skills and helped resolve the situation both effectively and efficiently. Their professionalism and follow-through made a big difference and really stood out to me.
