I had an excellent experience with Gold Key Roofing and can’t recommend them enough. My parents had to replace the roof strictly for insurance reasons—the roof itself was still in good condition—but we received a letter stating that since it had just hit 20 years, it needed a new roof by December 29th, 2025 in order to keep the insurance. If we didn’t replace it, we would be dropped, so we had a tight deadline.

I called around to several companies, and Gold Key Roofing was not only affordable, but also the quickest to get the process started. I believe I spoke with Tyler, who honestly went above and beyond. He came out to our house the same day, about two hours after his shift had already ended, to inspect the roof and talk to us. That alone said a lot about their work ethic and customer service.

Tyler gave us a very fair and honest quote, and in the end the final cost was only about $500 more—no hidden fees, no surprises, and no last-minute add-ons. The quote was essentially spot on, which I really appreciated.

The work started on December 17th and was finished the very next day. They helped move everything along faster than usual because of the insurance deadline. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that can replace a roof within two weeks of the first phone call, and even more impressive that the actual job was completed in under 10 hours total, spread across two days, amazing!

The crew was excellent—hard-working, professional, and efficient. They did a great job on the roof and cleaned everything up perfectly afterward. You’d never know such major work had just been done.

I have had a positive experience with Tyler and Joe from Gold Key Roofing. Tyler was on time to every appointment, promptly responded  to my every call or email. He place no pressure nor responded negatively at my every question or concern. He was very respectful, understanding and polite. I hope that quality is appreciated at his company as much as I the consumer did. Others I know have use them and have been satisfy with their work and performance. If you need a roof replaced or just fix Perhaps also include Gold Key Roofing as one of the companies to hear out and compare, before making your choice...
