Was referred by a friend of the family that had their roof replaced about a year and a half ago. McElfresh gave me my first quote and beat two other competitors by about $2000. The crew was professional. They started work at 7:00 AM, worked until nearly 7:00 PM and finished the next day before 1:00 PM. Working with McElfresh Roofing and Solar and their on-site rep, inspector and supervisor, James Maso, was an unexpectedly great experience from beginning to end! With all sincerity and gratitude I recommend them without reservation and I consider myself blessed by the entire experience. It seems like they went out of their way to respect and please their customer. This short review cannot do justice to the praise and thanks they actually deserve. If you become their customer you will never regret that decision. Besides the roof itself which looks amazingly good, they worked with my insurance company and the insurance adjuster giving me the best possible outcome and price on my handsome new roof. And don't worry about the cleanup, I can't even tell they were here, outside of the beautiful new roof itself! This could not have been a better experience. Finally the work was recorded by drone aerial photography at various points in the process as icing on the cake...
