I had a small water leak I originally called Mr Roto-Rooter on the 22nd of July I was told by said company there was nothing wrong there was no leak . On the 23rd septic tank crew came back out stated there was still a leak getting the two companies confused not knowing that there's Mr Roto-Rooter and Roto-Rooter Google brought me to Roto-Rooter not realizing I went with a completely different company I'm very grateful that I had. Alyssa very pleasant I called around 10:00 a.m. plumber Manny got here around 1:00 many came right in and got straight to work he fixed the toilet in the hallway adjusting what needed to be adjusted water was continuously flowing up and needed to be adjusted at the water line. Moving on to the next issue master bath man who discovered the valve was no good he removed a sweat line and installed a compression valve the piece that dispenses water was cracked the flapper was no good in the chain that the previous plumber tightened was way too tight and that's why water was leaking from the tank. Manny's customer service was exceptional the service that he performed was exceptional . Manny while working was very informative when I asked questions he answered them accordingly very knowledgeable and respectable. I have three children two of them have autism on the caretaker of my in-laws who are both blind and disabled it's a two parent household my husband is the only one working financially money is tight. It's $100 to have them come out and inspect if they don't do any work however I will say pay the $100 if nothing needs done because they know what they're doing it was $236 it was worth every penny. My septic tank kept filling up with water and we didn't know why which led to 5220 to put a new drain field in and every time the tank needed to be pumped 375 I was having to have my tank pumped every 3 months and it's supposed to be one to two times a year for our family size. The parts and labor have a 90-day warranty another piece of mind. Work was completed by license plumber Manny definitely knows what he's doing. If you're looking for a plumber ask for Manny Roto-Rooter thank you for not letting my family down as a busy mom with children and I take care of my in-laws you've given me one less thing to worry about and a peace of mind The company doesn't make the company the people that work in it if you don't have good employees your business name means nothing.
