Plumbing & Cooling Nerds (Naples)

I called Plumbing Nerds this afternoon for a leak in our water main. The woman on the phone (I wish I remembered her name) was very pleasant and quick. She had me scheduled immediately and someone was on the way in a couple of hours. I got a text and email allowing me to track my technician, and a call when they were 45 min away. My technician Eric was wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions and fixed the leak in an hour. Their monthly membership is very reasonably priced and has great benefits, a definite must for owners of older homes. As the owner of a newly built home, we didn’t need it. But in the future I would definitely become a member. Overall I had a more than pleasant experience. I called Plumbing Nerds on the advice of my niece when my kitchen drain became clogged. What a wonderful experience, from the efficient call taker, Tara, who assured me she would have someone out today, and then when Sebastian arrived to my rescue! Sebastian was great. He insisted on wearing shoe covers when he arrived and then got right to work. It turned out to be a minor issue that he was able to repair quickly and even showed me how to handle it should it happen again. I was so grateful. I have already added Plumber Nerds to my contact list and will be happy to recommend this company and especially Sebastian, to anyone needing a qualified plumbing company with knowledge staff. Super friendly, knowledgeable tech who did a great job, checked his solder joints from the back with a mirror as well as the inside of the pipe. He offered great advice on another honey do project. We'd call them again but hopefully not soon...
