I'm very pleased with David @ DC Roofing. He is an excellent communicator with quick responses. I chose him because he is very knowledgeable, extremely honest and transparent, ​excellent communicator, has 5-star ratings on several online platforms, and offered a very reasonable price. All those factors determined my decision.​ In addition, David has been very patien​t, I've been going back and forth since November 2025, and he followed up monthly to answer any questions. He applied for our permit the same day I signed the contract and sent me the Collier County permit number right away.​ His workers are direct employees of DC Roofing, which keeps the standard of workmanship consistent throughout the aluminum metal roof replacement.​ I had to go through several unprofessional roofing companies before this​, ones with poor communication that were full of unknown loopholes and possible change-order surprises that ​could possibly add extra costs.​
Honestly, David's steadfast professionalism, knowledge, transparency, and integrity made my decision easy. All his qualities makes me confident my roof replacement will be a stellar experience,  resulting in an amazing beautiful roof!
I will add new roof photos once the project is completed.

David was fantastic to work with. He was quick, efficient had had good pricing. The crew worked fast and was able to complete the re-roof in a week! David’s communication was excellent and provided pictures of the progress daily. They showed up when promised and was easy to work with from the first phone call. It  was a  seamless process  from permits to completion. I would highly recommend DC Roofing...
