DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!
They did a phenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start — responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They’re skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area — driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool — is carefully covered. There are photos  showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase,  the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc.
After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I’m thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out.

On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! David and the team at DC Roofing FL did an exceptional job from start to finish. From the moment I received the estimate to the completion of the project, the entire experience was professional, seamless, and stress-free.

David was incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He checked on the installation daily, maintained consistent communication, kept me updated on the progress, and even provided photos once the project was complete. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart.

One piece of advice David gave me made an even bigger difference he recommended getting a wind mitigation inspection after the new roof was installed. That recommendation ended up saving me a significant amount of money each year on my homeowners insurance.

I highly recommend David Cantoni and DC Roofing. After the recent heavy rains, I wanted to confirm that my roof was in good condition. Friends of mine had recently used David for a repair and told me he arrived promptly, provided a fair estimate and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Based on their experience, I contacted David, and he offered to perform a free roof inspection.

David took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and confirmed that there were no concerns.

What impressed me most was David's honesty and integrity. He could easily have recommended unnecessary repairs, but instead he gave me complete peace of mind by confirming that my roof was in good condition. That kind of professionalism is hard to find.

I offered to buy him lunch as a thank-you, but he graciously declined and said the only thing he wanted was an honest review. That says a great deal about the kind of person he is.

My brother Blake was referred to DC Roofing in Naples, FL to replace his aging roof and satisfy Florida (Wind and Storm)) insurance requirements in Florida.  He got three estimates and I helped him compared all 3 to make sure they could get the job done right and on time.  Blake was most impressed with David and his no pressure approach.  The job took less than a week from contract to installation and he was given all the necessary documents to satisfy his insurance company and keep his homeowners insurance intact.  DC Roofing offered a competitive price and warranty.  The installers were fast, clean and polite.  Best of all, the roof looks fantastic....
