DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!
They did a phenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start — responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They’re skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area — driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool — is carefully covered. There are photos  showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase,  the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc.
After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I’m thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out.

If you’re looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! I cannot say enough good things about DC Roofing FL. When we discovered a roof leak, they came out immediately and tarped the area to prevent further damage—even though they were only providing a quote and had no guarantee they would get the job. That level of professionalism and customer service is rare these days.

After inspecting the issue, they provided a very competitive quote with no pressure or sales gimmicks. Once we approved the work, they had the repair completed the very next day.
