Eric has been amazing. He inspected and fixed my roof after the hurricanes. Ironically, I didn't have hurricane damage but I did have damage in a 3x3 spot due to a palm tree. When others pushed me to file a claim, Eric gave me an estimate, fixed the damage within a week and said, pending hurricanes, I'd have 3-5 years before I need a new roof...

After Hurricane Milton caused significant damage to our home, I knew I needed a reliable contractor to replace my roof. I chose Ideal Home Solutions, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

From start to finish, Eric’s professionalism was evident. His team was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, providing a thorough assessment and a detailed estimate. They were transparent about timelines and costs, which I really appreciated.

The installation of the new metal roof was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently (completing the job on Thanksgiving morning), ensuring everything was done correctly and to the highest standards. The quality of the materials used for the roof is top-notch, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

What stood out most was the communication throughout the project. I was always kept in the loop and never had to wonder about the progress. They went above and beyond to ensure the roof was properly installed, and they even addressed a few additional concerns I had along the way.

Our roof was a 10 year old shingle roof that was looking rough even though it wasn’t that old. After a pretty good storm, we reached out to Ideal Home Solutions for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. They did a phenomenal job, and the roof looks amazing. The owner Eric kept in close contact with us to make sure that we were happy throughout the process and with the final product. I really can’t say enough about the crew and how impressive it was to watch them work. Would highly recommend...
