I had an emergency call on 7/2 and upon waiting for a new toilet to be delivered I had time to think about things. Long story short, I was taken advantage of (or they tried) by many a/c companies when I just wanted regular 6 month check up on my newer a/c. Note: only in my home 8 months. The ONLY company that's knew exactly what the problem was Alex from Aqua in not even 5 min. At that time, we used a private contractor. So now, with all the money and runarounds I got from atleast 6 other a/c companies and I deff needed a return visit for plumbing, my family and I decided we're contracting with Aqua for all 3 services. Victor Pino arrived first for an a/c check up. Then I had Michael Snarr and Julier Carrazna for Electric and then the big job, plumbing was Mike Dyer and Zack Campbell. Wow all amazing men and NOT ONE tried to tell me I needed unnecessary items. A/C and Electrical fixed some minor things. Employers were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained alot of the questions I had for the future. Then my big project starts. Mike and Zack had an old broken toilet to replace, guts for another and grouting and a bathroom faucet. These 2 men were amazing. While everything was torn apart, some other parts needed fixing BUT they told me what had to be done along with price and labor. They didn't just do it and shock me later with a higher bill. They worked diligently, coordinated, worked well together and just kept at it for 3.5 hours. Mike and Zack I HIGHLY recommend for plumbing needs. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and had "common sense"!! I will ask for all of the same men if services needed. The biggest surprise. I went outside as they were done as they gathered all their stuff. Fast, whoa! I walked back in and my house was SPOTLESS. I was in shock. I am so happy with the work and checks all 3 departments did. Not the cheapest company but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL THEIR SERVICES. Again, thank you, Victor, Michael, Julier, Mike and Zach! Also a shout out to the girls that answer each Departments calls.....super nice and easy to talk to.
