This company is absolutely amazing. I work with Ken and his communication is excellent! They were able to help my seller get her roof done and took a load off of her having to come out of pocket upfront, being able to compensate them at closing.  They did an amazing job. My sister is a realtor who had some clients use Trimm Roofing and they had nothing but good things to say about the company. I was able to get a quote very quickly. No upsell, they simply let me know what options were available.The quote was so reasonable that I went with two available upgrades. They pulled the permits very quickly and got me scheduled to begin the roof. The workers were very professional and made sure to thoroughly clean everything up when they were done. In mid Sept 2025 I had a 23 year old roof removed and a new roof installed by Trimm roofing.  I am very pleased with their work, which was both quality and efficient.  Working with Todd Z. through administrative questions, getting information on materials, warranties, permits and timing went very smoothly and was quite impressive, especially since Trimm was competing with 2 more high quality local Sarasota roofing companies from whom I had requested proposals and quotes.  Trimm's work crew were amazing and did a great job picking up debris.  Dumpster Depot was contracted, set up properly and removed quickly after job completion.  Trimm included in my contract a wind mitigation report by W. Larson that was very thorough.  Trimm provided a gutter (seamless type) company that did a great job.  My house looks much newer now!  The project manager, John C., was very particular to check progress, work quality of the crew and inspected cleanup with additional magnet.
