I had a great experience using Trimm Roofing to install a new roof on my property.  The sales rep Todd worked with me to ensure everything went smooth. Their office staff ensured the work and final invoice would match my insurance requirements--to include helping schedule a fast turn around wind mitigation inspection for resetting insurance credits.  They also used a great pool solar company to take down and reinstall my solar system.  The crew and on-site project lead were quick and attentive. I would definitely recommend Trimm for roof services...

This company is absolutely amazing. I work with Ken and his communication is excellent! They were able to help my seller get her roof done and took a load off of her having to come out of pocket upfront, being able to compensate them at closing.  They did an amazing job. As a REALTOR; Trimm Roofing has been great to work with. They quoted the job cheaper than anyone, kept on schedule to finish the roof to allow the inspector enough time to come out before closing. They invoiced the deal to be paid at closing out of the seller’s proceeds. They are the best partners a Realtor & seller can have. Plus they give peace of mind to the buyers moving in to a house with a brand new roof. Todd was great to work with and I will call Trimm roofing for every real estate deal that needs a roof...
