"One of a homeowners wrost nightmares. I discovered a water stain on the celing of my garage. I did what most homeowners do and panicked for a minute. I then quickly jumped on the internet to find someone to help find the problem and address any issues found. Topside was out the very next day to assess the situation and see what needs to be done. My problem turned out to be multi factoral. Dang squirrels ate parts of my pipe coverings and the bolts to my solar panels had started to leak. He walked me through every issue and potential issue while providing me with a wealth of knowledge as I am sure I asked way too many questions. He gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work that needed to be done. He was able to send out a crew the next day to fix my roof. The guys were very respectful and did a wonderful job. They showed me pictures of all the finished repairs as well as ones from mid process. Fingers crossed I dont need them again but I know I am one hurricane away from that. "After Leo Roofing fixed a roof leak, I had them come back to do interior repair of ceiling, wall and door frame due to water damage. The repair crew did an excellent job. They covered the floor and put up a plastic sheet to keep debris from rest of house. The damaged drywall was replaced. The popcorn finish was blended so well you can't tell where it was done. The wall was repainted and a perfect match. All in all, excellent workmanship. Cleanup was done well."

They were in the ballpark and in addition, as general contractors we didn’t need to sub out work for the screen enclosure or gutters.
