From the very beginning, we knew we were in good hands with FoxHaven Roofing Group. Rick was fantastic to work with during the sales process. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does gave us confidence in choosing FoxHaven in the first place.

That level of service continued throughout the entire project - from Daniel and the office team working behind the scenes to the hardworking installation crew.

We were very upfront from day one that we are very detail-oriented. We care about the little things and wanted a roof that looked not only functional, but beautifully finished. The team respected that and was always willing to listen, answer questions, and address concerns along the way.

Like any major project, we ran into a few challenges, including permit-related delays and plenty of weather interruptions. What impressed us most was how the team handled those obstacles. They stayed committed, kept communication open, and continued pushing the project forward whenever conditions allowed.

We would especially like to recognize our project manager, Diego. He was professional, patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions, requests, or details we brought to him, he always listened carefully and made sure things were addressed. He consistently went above and beyond, even taking time outside of normal work hours to make sure we were happy with the final result. As a final touch, he took drone photos of the completed roof and shared them with us, which was a wonderful way to see the finished project from a completely different perspective.

Now that everything is complete, we couldn't be happier. The roof looks beautiful, the workmanship is excellent, and the entire appearance of our home has been elevated. About a month ago FoxHaven replaced our 30-year old tile roof with metal and I left them a stellar 5 Start review for that work.

Subsequently we changed our indoor fireplace to a vent free system and we asked FoxHaven to remove the rusted chimney cap and cap off both chimneys in white metal.

The before and after pictures speak for themselves.  The craftsmanship of David, the technician who did the work, is outstanding.

Once again, I highly and unequivocally recommend FoxHaven for all your roofing needs...

I was very impressed with the quality and service we received from Foxhaven Roofing. From start to finish the communication was timely and very informative, including videos to help the customer understand what to expect step-by-step. Despite some weather delays, my roofing team got the job done in about 5 days and my roof looks great! The crew foreman, Chuy, was the best part of the whole experience! He was very professional, showed me what was happening with each phase of the job, and obviously took great pride in his work and his crew. Chuy and his crew went above and beyond expectations, even helping me route a coaxial cable for my cell phone signal booster, and helping me troubleshoot some areas where my gutters were overflowing with big storms. I’ve always appreciated how hard roofers work, but these guys (and gal) made it look easy! Companies are made with the quality of people they hire, Foxhaven has a good thing going with Chuy and his team.

In addition to the actual work that was done we had Josh Galleher as our sales representative. Josh and I went through our attic and he was able to point out where we had existing water damage (in addition to the large leak coming through the ceiling!). Josh provided all of the options, walked us through samples of their product and made us feel confident in our decision to replace the roof. Josh’s communication and follow up was excellent throughout the process...

FoxHaven once again did an amazing Jon on my roof! Diego and his team were excellent communicating and Answering any questions that I had.  I was a little nervous with how a mental roof would look on my house, but let me tell you. It looks way better than I could have ever imagined. If you’re thinking about it, just get the roof and get the metal lol. It looks like Art and I fell in love with my house all over again �...
