BCR did excellent quality work! Jamie helped get my insurance to pay for my roof. The Roofing crew was very knowledgeable and did amazing and worked so hard! They stayed on task and got done in a timely manner. The cleanup was amazing, they got everything cleaned up, i was amazed! The crew was supervised by management during the install. Erin, the production manager, was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had a small issue but Kim and Erin stepped in and took care of me. They have financing available if needed! My roof looks beautiful...

From the moment Tyler showed up at our door he was on top of everything! We had been fighting insurance for almost a year and he showed up one day and told us he could get us a full approval. So we went with him over our other contractor. Let’s just say he indeed got us a full approval!! He stayed on top of everything. The communication and dedication from this company and everyone involved was phenomenal!! They did an amazing job on our new roof and gutters! We couldn’t be happie...

Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they lef...

BCR Murfreesboro done a great job from start to finish.
Kane done our inspection and was very nice throughout the inspection. We also worked with Colby & Zack throughout the process, they both were very knowledgeable. The day of installation the team that came to our home to install the new roof was very professional and done a great job.
We would definitely recommend Best Choice Roofing Murfreesboro to anyone...
