Vitaliy (sales rep) was very professional and customer oriented.   He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.  He made sure that everything was done right through several onsite visits.  The team members were great and their work ethic was outstanding.  I was very pleased with Avenue Roofing in all aspects and would highly recommend them for all roofing needs. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Job well done!  I love my new roof...

I had a great experience with Avenue Roofing, especially working with Vitaliy. He was professional, helpful, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The company completed the project within the expected timeframe, and they were very understanding while I was dealing with delays and pressure from the insurance company.

One thing I really appreciated was that they worked with me when the insurance situation changed. Initially, it was supposed to just be my deductible, which would have been around $1,000, but the insurance company later changed it to a hurricane-related issue, which made the cost substantially higher. Avenue Roofing still worked with me through that, and I truly appreciated their willingness to help.

What stood out most was how willing Vitaliy was to go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He really helped make a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend Avenue Roofing, but I would absolutely recommend Vitaliy...
