Chris Viveiros says: „1st the estimate! ( I got several ) The guys were professional, friendly and courteous, they came to the door knocked and introduced themselves. They got on the roof inspected and measured within a few minutes they were done. Mind you this was the first company to be on time for the estimate. ( Others Set appointments but either never showed or came a few days later) 2nd materials and knowledge! Top quality materials, they were able to answer any and all questions lol even the stupid ones I had 😂 The price! With the cost of everything skyrocketing they were by far the most reasonable per sheet of plywood and facia board replacement including labor. They were also the cheapest estimate I received ( yes I was a bit concerned being how much cheaper they were, almost 2k ) Within a few minutes of speaking with them I had already decided I was going with this company ( before I even got the total cost ) as I said they arrived on time, introduced themselves, were professional, knowledgeable and honest. I signed the contract and put 50% down. Permitting! This took about a week or so and once the permit was issued there was a employee at my door again knocking and introducing themselves to hang the permit. I also received a call from the office stating someone would be by with the permit. Phone calls/text messages and emails! Once the permit was pulled and hung I received a call from the office as well as an email confirming the color shingle and drip edge as well as when the job would be started. I also received an email confirming the start date and another call the day before the start date. 2 days prior to them starting the job all the materials were delivered by the company I hired ( not some other company pulling the big truck in my driveway and cracking my driveway ) I did receive a call letting me know the materials were being delivered. ( I let it go to VM 😂 ) when I arrived home the materials were stacked nice and neat out of the my way. Doing the job! The guys were professional, they showed up at like 6:45am 🤮 😂 I'm not a morning person 😁 By 11am my roof was completely bare and the new drip edge was installed along with the peel and stick barrier. ( They were working hard ) I got the guys some pizza and soda for lunch. They came down ate and right back to work. By 3pm my roof was just about done they were finishing up the ridge vent. I am not joking it was noisy but it's obviously to be expected. ( Find something to do for the day 😂 ) unless you are like me and want to watch. They cleaned up everything including going around the property with a magnet for any loose nails/ plastic bags/old tar paper/old shingles. I don't ever write reviews but they did such an amazing job I just had to let ppl know. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends and anyone else who asks. One thing I can't forget is also the warranty, not 5 not 10 but 15 years labor and of course materials included. Anyone in need of a roof/reroof or repair should definitely contact this company.
