I had some questions and concerns about making payments, and she took her time to explain everything, even immediately emailing paperwork I requested to clarify some issues. Our production manager AMY kept us informed daily on what was to be done that day. She was always available to answer any and all of my questions, and did so without hesitation. She is a very upbeat and happy person, and again someone who knows the roofing business. But, in the end a roofing company is only as good as the crew that does the install, and the entire crew, our Job Foreman, ABEL, and every crew-member was superb. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and the care they took with my property was obvious. The entire team deserves recognition for a job well done. There was one area of the roof that was difficult to access and my wife had concern about losing some cherished trees, but they worked around it like the pros they are. When the work was done for the day, the crew took the time to go and clean up around the house two or three times to make sure they picked up any stray nails and any other debris lying around. They left the grounds in as good, or better condition than they found it. Also, when the company owner makes it a point to stop by every day and go over the work being done, address any concerns, and treat his workers with care and respect, I know I made the right choice...“ Show more
