After seeing my email about the service I wrote about previously here, Sheldon, the service manager came right over to the house and discerned their tech was responsible - for the mess and the other issues with the price and invoicing. Sheldon also brought their ops manager and took us seriously, which we greatly appreciate. He couldn't have been more professional and polite. I am extremely happy with all they did to make us whole and clean up the house. Action was taken with the technician because they care deeply about their reputation. We got a new quote for a Maintenance Plan & they made everything perfect. Things do go wrong in business and it's all about how you correct it when issues arise. I will use them again. Thanks, Sheldon - for righting what was wrong. 5 stars 6/18. Our a/c was out and it took a couple days to realize something was wrong so by the time I called I was desperate. Their answering service told me the fee for call out was $129 then repairs on top. Their tech was here about 2 hrs and drained some lines which got it working again. At the end of working he said we had to sign his phone for the receipt to be sent by email and that the price was $903. We were pretty shocked but what do you do when he’s on site and you need cool air? We then traveled so we were gone 7 days. Upon return I went into one of the closets where the a/c is housed & he worked on and what a mess he left. There is some sort of white stuff everywhere - on pipes and walls and my Dyson, all over the floor… it’s even outside the door to the closet so it must’ve sprayed out of something. See attached photos. I wrote an email to their manager who called me back and said it must’ve been someone trying to do a popcorn ceiling… That is complete nonsense because we just spent over $1m dollars on a complete home remodel 2yrs ago, where every wall was made pure white and smooth. Why would I suddenly decide to have a popcorn ceiling in a closet directly above an a/c unit? Their guy definitely had something explode in that closet and snuck off leaving us with a mess. Unscrupulous business practice which will be reported to the appropriate licensing agency. Of course, there’s no license number on their invoice (an invoice that doesn’t make any sense whatsoever). It lists 4 systems - he worked on 3. The sub total is $6588 but the total is $903. Someone just made up figures on the spot obviously. What the heck?Use this company at your own peril and be very careful if they ask you to sign on their phone an invoice he didn’t show us...“ Show more
