„Creighton Underwood says: I was in the market for a new roof and saw a beautiful roof in one of my clients neighborhood. The quality and workmanship were outstanding. The BFARR sign was in the front yard so I gave them a call. Jason Lorne was the sales rep who responded, and as we discussed my needs and options, Jason was exceptionally responsive and was able to send me customized PDF files within minutes to further aid our discussions as we explored available options. I decided on the roof and options that I wanted, and was under contract with deposit before the last storm that hit the Orlando area. Jason informed me that with my deposit, I now was on the priority list of the BFARR “family,” and that if there was any damage from the storm, even though I hadn’t yet had my new roof installed, I was now on their priority list for aid to come out and assess and repair any emergency/critical damage. Commitment. The installation was scheduled and was started on time including a group text chat of all team members for my job to keep me informed of progress, and to answer any questions I, or they, might have. Edgar was the site supervisor, and he walked me through the process of what to expect for the next couple of days as the roof was installed. Jason also was on site and available to answer any questions in addition to the group chat. All went as planned, and while watching the roofing crew, it was clear to me that they were a skilled and professional team who knew the product and the proper installation protocols for this top-line roof and my replacement skylights. The worksite was kept clean and organized throughout the process. The dumpster was removed the next day and Edgar came out and ran the magnet around to pick up any roofing nails from the job that had fallen into the yard. The roof looked great! Gutters were installed a few days later by Ramon and his team. They did a beautiful job, including a creative solution to divert water into a split gutter over an easement. I approved the solution from a video Jason sent to me. Again, communication with everyone was exceptional. I had a couple of requests for some gutter modifications requiring additional time and materials. Jason put me in contact with Brian San Pedro, the sales manager. Brian reviewed everything with me and gave the approval to have Ramon come out and work directly with me to make the modifications to my satisfaction. Ramon and I worked up the revisions, and he came out the next morning and installed them perfectly! I was very happy. Brian, and BFARR absorbed all the additional time and material costs required for these modifications and ensured my complete satisfaction. Throughout my entire experience with BFARR, their culture of customer satisfaction has been extraordinary, and they have earned my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a new roof and gutter systems.
