I had an exceptional experience with this company from the initial phone call to inquire about a repair that I needed to cover the facia of my home from woodpecker damage. Dakota came out and did a thorough job of inspecting my property with the latest technology, And explained the options that were available for repair. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Two gentlemen by the name of AJ and Jose then came out to do the installation and repair. These guys were excellent! They were very courteous and considerate of my property and picked up all equipment and debris when they were finished. This was an all-around positive experience from beginning to end. My name is Didzis Brivers and was referred to Rack’d Roofing by our neighbor as they had their roof replaced and gutters installed. I saw the whole process and was impressed with the attention to detail that workers displayed while working on our neighbor’s house. My wife and I shopped around before calling Rack’d and were quoted astronomical quotes with a pressure to sign immediately and thank God didn’t fall in that trap. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the honest, hardworking people at Rack’d. From the moment I met up with Kendall Gogarty who arranged our roof repair while permitting and paperwork takes place to avoid structural damage and and put us in touch with Alyssa Wuchete who then did an outstanding job throughout the whole process with exceptional communication, fair quotation and follow ups with progress details along the way. I cannot leave out Ronnie with his outstanding crew who even showed up and worked on the weekend to ensure that the job gets done not only right the first time but also efficiently and timely. And lastly, Boogie with the gutter crew who showed up on time, worked in extreme heat to make sure gutters are installed properly. I could not be happier with the final result and would refer Rack’d Roofing to anyone who is looking replace/repair their roof in a heartbeat. Fantastic!!! Job well done!!! Thank you so much...
