**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**TOP-NOTCH LOCAL CONTRACTOR**

I was referred to Kevin & All Area Roofing & Construction (AARC) by another local contractor (@Righthand_Trades) after the 06 July 2025 hail storm hit Colorado Springs and  I needed a new roof.  From start to finish, AARC proved to be a great referral and the right choice.  Professional, Proficient, Personable, and Persistent through the entire process.
Professional - Communication with Victoria was immediate, clear and concise. Kevin and his Crew were impressively efficient and their conduct on-site was beyond reproach.  The clean-up was thorough.
Proficient - Kevin and Victoria's knowledge of the Pikes Peak Building Code proved invaluable in identifying code upgrade and documenting requirements during negotiations with the insurance company. I am confident in the repairs and improvements AARC made to my roof.
Personable - Victoria, Kevin, and both crews that worked on this project were responsive, easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, and respectful of our home during all phases of the project.
Persistent - I was cc'd on all communication between AARC and the insurance company regarding code requirements, documentation, and repair justification...Victoria made it look easy. I am impressed with how thorough and decisively organized she quarterbacked the project.

Our roofing experience was as easy as it could be… Hanna was very communicative and very helpful she even helped connect us to a public adjuster, was very friendly and communicative, and any questions or concerns were answered immediately.   All Area Roofing gave me a great price and great warranty.  Their price was competitive without lacking and even beating many other warranties.  Their price and charges if they were to find any damage after tear down are clear and transparent and fair.  The roof looks great with our selected color. The bid was the end cost. Everything you could ask for...

The entire process of getting a new roof with All Area Roofing was very easy and trouble free. Kyla was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable and she got back to us quickly if any questions or concerns. The work crews were very respectful of us and our property. They cleaned up every evening before they left. I would highly recommend this company...

All I can say is wow! My experience with Brandi was outstanding. She actually climbed on my roof and took the time to give me two honest options, repair or replacement.

Another roofing company came out, told me I needed a new roof, and never even got on the roof to inspect it closely.

After reviewing the options Brandi provided, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement. The professionalism and transparency made all the difference.
