"Our roof was a 10 year old shingle roof that was looking rough even though it wasn’t that old. After a pretty good storm, we reached out to Ideal Home Solutions for a free inspection. After a thorough inspection, their representative said he thought our roof had quite a bit of damage, and advised us to put a claim in. The same representative came to the house when the insurance inspector came, and walked them through everything they saw. It was great to have someone advocating on our behalf. Sure enough, the insurance company approved a roof replacement. We opted to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof, so that we hopefully don’t end up in the same situation 10 years from now. They did a phenomenal job, and the roof looks amazing. The owner Eric kept in close contact with us to make sure that we were happy throughout the process and with the final product. "We had a very positive experience with this roofer. We had to replace our three-year-old roof due to hail damage. Resolute Roofing did everything they said they would do in the time frame they promised. Our contact, Jacob Summerhill, answered all questions promptly and we had excellent communication with him throughout the project, which included working with our insurer, a public adjuster, and our mortgage company. It was quite a process, but Jacob helped us navigate it. Pricing and payment deadlines were clearly explained and reasonable. The crew completed the roof in one day as promised. They were friendly and cleaned up well. One roofer even went into the retention pond behind our house to remove a piece of the plastic used to protect our house that had blown into the water. They did an excellent job of protecting our AC unit (which we had forgotten to turn off during the tear off as advised) with plywood. We were very pleased and feel they went the extra mile and did a good job."
