I was referred to Ideal Home Solutions by a neighbor after hurricane damage, and I’m glad I called them. Eric came out quickly, inspected my roof, and even had it tarped right away. When State Farm initially denied the claim, Eric guided me through next steps and connected me with a great legal team—ultimately leading to the roof being fully covered and replaced.

He laid out multiple product options and helped me choose the best fit, with a strong warranty. The crew was fast, clean, and professional, and the communication with Eric throughout the process was excellent.
