Flooring Friend

This was some of the worst garbage I've ever encountered on a job. Shotty work and was of such poor quality that they had to come and redo it 2 TWICE (2 x) 's and here I am less than 10 months I'm now having to do it a 3RD TIME!!! The two young men they sent took off the toilet bowl and never bothered putting a glue ring on it. Water was all over the new flooring. While he hardly spoke any English I should've realized when he was face timing with a friend (in Spanish I didn't understand) he had no idea how to do it. I spent the next few weeks with a wet floor oozing all over the place. Mark finally came by and hired his own plumber. They were very apologetic as the was never a seal on the bowl in the first place The pictures I'm sending clearly show, there was linoleum under that, and UNDERNEATH THAT THERE WAS TILE! They never picked anything up but went right over it. I never thought I needed to stand over them then entire time to make sure they were doing what they should've known. Flooring Friend and Remodeling came to the rescue!! My luxury vinyl floor was damaged from workers repairing my bed. The floor had large indents that were sharp and actually cut my foot!!! I called Mark and requested a quote - he promptly responded to the pictures I sent with a fair price and was able to come out within a few days. Gabriel came and was able to repair everything promptly - he was friendly and knowledgeable!! I could not have asked for a better company to repair my floor and would recommend them for any of your flooring needs!...

My situation was very interesting. I had previously contracted someone to start the work on my floors and the day the project was supposed to start, the person did not show, nor did they answer any text. So, in a panic because I had cases of flooring hanging out in my garage, I did a quick Google search and found Flooring Friend. I text Mark on Wednesday evening, and he arrive at my home on Thursday afternoon, promptly and was able to do a walk through and give me a quote within hours, which was great. To top it off, he was also able to fit me into his schedule for his team to start the next day Friday. His team showed up at 9:30am as schedule and after showing them where the material was, they went right to work. I was literally in aww at the speed and professionalism his team had. They did not “lollygagging” and was about getting work down. I was previous quoted that the job would take about a week or two to complete (2000 square feet), his team knocked it out in 3 DAYS!!!!!! There is so much good stuff I can write about the Flooring Friend team, but I would conclude it with, they are true professionals and flexible, and I already have other projects in my home that I will be reaching out to them to complete...
