Great company! I was guided through every step and my representative was always in touch to let me know of every step taken. I was advised of what is happening of every phase of roof  repair, when workers would be there and what has been done. Passed all the inspections along the way with no troubles. All Phase is a top flight company from ownership to every Associate that I was in contact with right down the the last detail. Total customer service “ in an age where customer service is a lost art”. I score All Phase as a “ 6” but google’s rating  only had 5 stars. The cleanliness and protection of landscaping was stressed during the difficult and messy nature of reroofing project, and they kept that commitment to the fullest. Inspections and permitting followed to the tee! Great Family organization! I deal with a lot of large and small organizations and All Phase is at the top...

When we first found out that we needed a new roof we were extremely cautious about doing our due-diligence to find a reputable company.  We have heard horror stories about jobs not being completed by their contractors, huge delays in receiving their tiles because of back orders and their property looking like a war zone from the workmen leaving materials everywhere.

We were given the name of two contractors who friends had used and we spoke with both who seemed competent, but did not have great follow through so my husband decided to do his own research.

After coming across All Phase Construction in a Google search and reading a few good reviews, my husband decided to call them to schedule a meeting.

Dave K. came out a few days later to meet with us and answer all of our questions.  We were quite apprehensive about going with a company that we just chose off the internet, but Dave was very patient with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly and supplied us with all of the documentation and paperwork that we requested.

We took the leap of faith and I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how happy we are that we did!  Dave and his team showed up on time every day, they kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, the work crew swept and cleaned up after each day and when a tile accidentally fell and tore one of our screens on our back enclosure, Dave had a company out the next day to fix it at no cost to us.

Once work began, our roof was completed within 3 weeks, (and that was only due to a hang up from our city inspector.)

I'm sure that this company has quite a busy schedule with this type of customer service, but we never had to wait for a call back or an email update.  (Dave even updated us as to our status while he was on his family vacation!)

Our roof came out absolutely beautiful and our customer experience was stellar! All Phase is AAA...
