Nations Roofing Company exceeded every expectation I had for a roofing company. From the first point of contact, their professionalism was evident. Scheduling the inspection and quote was easy, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I did not have to wait around, call to see if they were coming, or listen to excuses for why they needed to reschedule.
The technician who came out was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was seeing in a way that made sense. The meeting never felt rushed, and there was absolutely no pressure to commit to anything on the spot.

Once I moved forward with the project, their communication only got better. Nations Roofing kept me informed at every milestone including, materials delivery dates/times, project start time, weather delays, and daily progress. It’s rare to work with a company that is this transparent and proactive. I never had to wonder what was happening or when the next step would occur.
When installation day arrived, the crew showed up early and got to work. They operated like a well-coordinated team in an efficient, organized manner that showed they are clearly experienced in the trade. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn’t cut corners, didn’t rush through anything, and took obvious pride in the quality of their work. The edges are clean, the shingles are perfectly aligned, and all the flashing and sealing were done the right way. I can immediately see the difference between Nations Roofing and the “quick in, quick out” jobs I see on some homes in my neighborhood.

Cleanup was handled just as professionally as the installation. They protected the surrounding landscaping, removed all debris, and made several passes with magnets to ensure no nails were left behind. When they finished, my yard looked untouched, well, except for a brand-new roof that looks fantastic.

The final walkthrough was just as smooth. The project manager reviewed everything with me, answered questions, and ensured I was completely satisfied before closing out the job. Their customer service is top-tier, They are responsive, respectful, and genuinely invested in doing right by the homeowner.
