I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica Close & Orlando from Covelli Roofing on a flat roof repair. This project was full of a lot of moving parts and Jessica took on the project with confidence and clarity. She worked with us through the course of a few months and consistently helped us jump through different hoops with our insurance and help us understand what was needed to ultimately decide on the best plan of action. Her attention to detail and thoroughness during the project was exceptional. She communicated with us consistently and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She ensured that all aspects of the repair were meticulously addressed and followed up via multiple touchpoints before, during, and after repairs. And - as a bonus, she's simply a pleasure to work with!

Orlando, who handled the actual repair, was equally impressive. He gave us honest feedback about the condition of the roof and specific details (in non-roofer terms for us) on the work they would do to fix our issue. His craftsmanship and dedication to quality were evident in the final result. The guys sent to work on the repair worked diligently, and late into the day to complete the job. The clean-up they did was impressive as well and they must've spent at least over an hour ensuring no nails or materials were in the yard. It truly looked like they were never there when they left and that detail was so appreciated.

After many visits from at least 5+ roofers for this project, Jessica & Orlando were the only ones to give us an honest assessment and we immediately knew we could trust them and they didn't disappoint. The repair was flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Had Covelli roofing install a new metal roof that replaced the 37 year old original.  From the beginning they were top notch.  Jessica Cross took care of all the priorities before work began and stayed on top of the little things that occurred.  Owner Danny Covelli and his right-hand-man Orlando were great and also went out of their way to see the little things get done for final inspection.  All in all the entire crew did a wonderful job and my roof looks great.  5 stars all around...

I had a roof done with Covelli Roofing about a year ago and the entire process went well. I worked with Jessica who was super great and patient from the beginning to end. She was also very forthcoming where we were at with the whole process which was great! They worked directly with my insurance company to have everything properly taken care of (Which was a struggle because the insurance company didnt want to cover 90% of my roof cost) and got it all taken care of. The install went well. Passed all inspections. All cleaned up after. We were very please and have sent several friends their way to get their roofs taken care of as well. Thanks Covelli...
