I contacted Richard Decola of Roof Bear to replace my roof over the Florida room. Do yourself a favor and not look anywhere else. I had already wasted my time with 2 other estimates that were way too much. Richard listened to what I needed… told me what he could do.. and when. He made it happen. I noticed some water damage in my home well over a month ago. It was determined at that time that the cause of the water damage was caused by a roof leak. Over the past few weeks, I have had 3 other roofing companies out trying to locate the source, with no success. I explained to Roof Bear my situation and they had someone out the very same day to make their assessment. Since there was no visual damage, they recommended coming out for a second visit the following day as a rainstorm was expected. Hector and his team not only showed up, but they were up on my rooftop during a rainstorm communicating via walkie talkie until the leak was finally located. In my opinion, this showed a level of customer service that is second to none! Roof Bear went above and beyond and I will highly recommend their services to anyone in need of their services.
