Dee Underdog says: „As a new homeowner who was trying to get adjusted with with all the ups and downs with homeowner ship came with doing the necessary things that cost thousands and you think you have time to address but life always has other plans. Mrs. Busy Bee came to our rescue . So a few months back we noticed our AC was nearing the end of its life so we called and Esther answered and we explained our problem she was honest and said it sounds like the unit is on its last legs but to be sure she would send out a tech to check it out . Hilda showed up on time and fully equipped to work on whatever may be the issue . Upon inspection and diagnostics she agreed that a new unit was the best course of action. Now let me remind you this was a new house and other things needed to get done first most importantly was a new roof . So she said she would do what needed to be done to get it through to another summer and we can go from there . I didn't think I would need a whole other year to get it fixed but Hilda gave me a quote for a replacement which a great deal .but then my wife got pregnant and that pushed things back even further . When the worst finally happened where at 7 months pregnant coming up on June in Florida the AC finally died . (Unit was from 2008) . I first reached out to Frank Gay and they tried to update on a bunch of things and the prices were night and day different then what I had gotten from Mrs.BusyBee ...I called Mrs.Busybee again and Esther answered the phone again which was reassuring since it didn't seem like management was a revolving door and remembered my wife and I from our talks in the past . I explained the situation about my wife being pregnant and the AC dying and it being 87 degrees in the house . She said it was unacceptable to be living like that and we should get this fixed immediately. I mentioned the previous quote which was VERY old and she found it and said she would honor it . Which saved me a ton of money ! She also said would bring a window unit to us so at least one room can be comfortable for my pregnant wife and my 7 yr old son which was amazing customer service . Our work schedule only allowed us to be home later in the day and without hesitation Esther said that would not be a issue . She did say it's not something they try to do all the time with working later in the day but with my wife and kid being hot for going on day 3 she said she would get this done the following day . And she did not skip a beat . By the time I got home she had the outside Hilda had the unit already taken apart and the new one already there and ready to go . We went inside and she went to work on the air handler . Replaced the whole system in a few hours while also answering any questions my wife and I had and even my son who was genuinely curious about what she was doing lol . Between the time I called them agreed on buying the unit and the time it turned on and was cooling the house wasn't even a full 24 hrs !! This company went above and beyond what the normally do just to make sure we were comfortable and also made sure we were aware of upkeep to make sure the life of the machines will last us for years to come . Thank you Esther Hilda and the whole team at Mrs.Busy Bee for making sure this is one less thing for me to worry about when the new baby comes home !!!!! I don't normally leave reviews for companies because I view them as kudos for doing their job . But the way Mrs.Busy Bee took care of me and my family deserves the recognition and praise ..
