I was referred to Swift Roofing Services by my neighbor who was having his roof done by them. I had initial contact with Jeremy who was very responsive throughout the whole process and helped me get out of my old contract from another local company. I was able to negotiate a great price with Todd the supervisor who seems to be very genuine business man. I am not easy to please but I must say that I'm completely satisfied with Swift roofing services. I received a work schedule from Jeff Manke and everything went accordingly to plan from start to finish. The workers were always on time and dedicated. There were a day or two of rain but that didn't stop them from showing up on time ready to work even though they could not work the whole day. Even with the rain delay the job was still done in timely manner. My metal roof looks great and I recommend Swift Roofing Services 100%. They are professional, honest and reasonable. I am not one to write reviews, however, Swift Roofing is 5 STARS all the way! They communicate quickly, they honor what they say they are going to do and were helpful through the whole process. It was less than a month from contract signing to complete tear off and new concrete roof tiles installed! I know many other people in SWFL who have had very bad experiences and they leave a huge mess for the homeowner after they are done, not Swift. They had everything cleaned and safe outside after each working day. I had insurance/hurricane issues prior to signing with them and they were the light at the end of a long process.
