From start to finish, Premium Roofing Construction exceeded every expectation we had for our roof replacement. This was our very first experience with such a major project, and while we had heard plenty of horror stories from others, our journey with Premium was the complete opposite — seamless, professional, and truly memorable.
The entire Premium family — Erwin, Fernando, Ruben, Jiera, Jada, and everyone behind the scenes — treated us with the utmost respect and care. Their professionalism, cleanliness, timeliness, and communication were unmatched.
• Guidance & Support: They walked us through every step, from permits and HOA approval to insurance submission.
• Communication: Jada kept us updated daily (and at minimum weekly), ensuring we always knew what was happening.

Huge shoutout to Premium Roofing and Construction — these guys are awesome! Erwin and Jada took great care of me from start to finish. Super friendly, easy to work with, and always kept me in the loop. The crew showed up on time, got the job done right, and my roof looks amazing. It’s hard to find people who actually do what they say they’re going to do, but this team delivered. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done...

These guys fought our insurance company after they tried to deny us coverage for our very clearly damaged roof after a freak hailstorm last spring. Then they did a fantastic job (quickly might I add) and even came back to work on one spot I pointed out that really only became apparent because of the visual difference between the new roof and the old, poorly installed fascia. Oh and they reimbursed me no problem for our metal planter that got bent up. These guys rock, don't hesitate to contract them...

Erwin was totally outstanding. From start to finish answering any questions I had. His honesty was above reproach. I have already told friends of mine to contact him for any roofing issues. His entire crew was on time and also did an outstanding job. Further, JR and Ramon did an outstanding job with  replacing my two screen porch roofs.Both crews also cleaned up all materials. In my opinion, both crews definitely deserve pay raises...
