We discovered a leak in our roof after a really bad storm right under our top deck and continued to fight with it for a while. After manyyy patch jobs, we still couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from. So, we decided to call a couple of roofing companies to come and take a look and give us quotes. Sergio was sweet and informative when he came out to discuss our options with us. He provided many options with varying cost. Surprisingly, the pricing was not insane and very reasonable. We had our top deck pulled up, the roof replaced, Dec-Tec put down, and railings put back up. The whole experience was easy with Tycos. The two guys who worked on our roof/deck worked hard all day long for 3.5 days and they were very nice. We had questions throughout the process and they had no problem showing us what they were doing and allowed us to make decisions about how we wanted the new deck to look. I spoke with Rob, the project manager, many times and he was always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had (and I had many concerns since this was my first time with a big project like this). The roof had years of water damage from the previous deck installation and I’m confident that Dec-Tec was the better choice. I am happy with how the deck looks, and I am very happy with the peace of mind that they knew what they were doing. Highly recommend the company and their work...

I recently had work done on an extension of my house with Tycos and am happy with the result. The project manager was knowledgeable, responsive and detail oriented and the crew did a great job. You cannot go wrong with Tycos!! Sergio brought his crew of Luis, Eric, Andre, and Michael. They do a great job and have incredible work ethic. The entire work area was kept extremely clean. They gave our project top priority and did not stop until it was done. This was many weeks with some of the worst weather imaginable over the Winter.
We had a total roof replacement from fiberglass shingles to 24 gauge standing seam. What made this job incredibly difficult was all the areas of the siding, soffit and fascia that touched the roof had to be changed to accept the higher roof panels. About 2 inches higher. They had to remove and reinstall all of these areas on our entire home. They did all this with incredible precision. We are extremely happy with our new roof and highly recommend the Tycos team...
