Tycos Roofing exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A HUGE thank you to Sergio, who worked tirelessly with us for 3–4 months trying to get our roof covered through insurance. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and persistent throughout the entire process, and we really appreciated how much effort he put into advocating for us. Even though insurance didn’t fully approve the replacement, Sergio made the process much easier to navigate.
Once the project moved forward, Elijah was outstanding as the project manager. He was professional, communicative, and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they became problems. Having that level of oversight gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project.
On installation day, the crew was impressively fast and efficient without sacrificing quality. They worked hard, stayed organized, and completed everything much quicker than we expected.
Overall, Tycos Roofing delivered excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. ⭐⭐⭐⭐...

Halloween 2025, we had a wind storm that tore off the vinyl siding of my home. I was referred to Tycos after observing my neighbor was having work done on a roof replacement. Sergio was the person we were assigned to our project to assess the damages and propose a new vinyl side to my home. Sergio and the insurance adjustor found another issue where my aluminum siding was also damaged and tearing away from the home. Although my home was originally aluminum siding that was painted by the previous owners, unfortunately aluminum is no longer offered. Sergio recommended a vinyl siding that would match the remaining sides of my home. It was a perfect shade that would complement the remaining sides and would not clash with the color scheme.
During the breakdown of the work-order, Sergio is was thorough with going over every detail and the cost to be submitted to the adjustor to ensure there was 100% understanding of what it would take to get the job done.
Elijah was another person we were assigned to oversee the work on our house. His recommendations, based on my wishes to have the work done right for longevity, showed their attention to detail and he thoroughly explained their recommendations in simplistic terms that can be easily understood.
The job took 2 days to complete, in February 2026 with the discovery that I did not have adequate insulation in 3/4 of the side of my house (due to spray foam being used from the 70s/80s.) Elijah assured me that "Tycos will do ensure the job will get done right" and went above and beyond to ensure that the project was completed to code.
The contractors who were assigned to fixing my house were amazing and very nice! They were really proud to show the progress they were making on the job and ensured the property was left clean and no debris left behind.
Customer service was also excellent as any of my questions I had were answered. I look forward to using Tycos for other work I am planning to have done on my house. Since this was an insurance claim, all I had to pay was my deductible and any extras from the recommendations Elijah and Sergio offered to ensure longevity of my home...

Hardie Board / Siding Repair - Just Like New! After two back to back winter storms, excess speeds ~60mph, some of the Hardie boards dislodged and another board took flight. The first visit to refasten the loose boards was resolved within 24 hours. Pedro came out, was able to snag a 40 ft ladder, and re-secured the boards that dislodged. As for the board that ripped out from the wind, Pedro and crew was able to replace with the EXACT color, installed the new board, and reinforce the surrounding areas while on the ladder. This was all in done a couple days... the turnaround was quick, the communication was on point, and the craftsmanship is solid, the pricing was fair, and the repairs are still holding strong. Pedro and his manager were great to work with. They made me feel valued as a returning customer, were willing to work with me due to unforeseen circumstances (greatly appreciated), and I've been recommending this company to every single one of my neighbors who needs siding and roof work done on their home...
