We hired Coastal Services to replace water heaters in Bethany Beach. Although the plumbing work was done correctly, the finishing work was a disaster. Coastal Services hired additional labor to do the non plumbing work. They failed the security guidelines from the HOA forcing us to replace our locks. The work itself left black hand prints on the wall and holes in the ceiling around the attic trim. They attempted to correct this mistake by mixing drywall compound on our marble counter putting deep scratches on its' surface. They cleaned up nothing of the finishing work and left it for us to find later. We repeatedly called Coastal Services and asked to have a conversation about it and they will not return our calls despite promises from their office. It is a very sad situation because the plumbers did decent work...

Coastal Services LLC has done a great jobs on a variety of projects at our Sea Colony West property. This included AC replacement, ceiling repair, water heater installation and kitchen faucet replacement. Michael Jones, the plumber, in particular was very conscientious, quality oriented and professional.. When the AC installed did not work properly over a July 4th Holiday with family in town, it was hotter indoors than out. I called after-hours and as it turns out, the owner himself came in to correct the wiring and got AC working. We were grateful! 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a relatively high cost and occasionally they do not get all perfectly the first time, but are always been willing to come back and get things right. I would highly recommend Coastal Services LLC for a multitude of home improvement projects...
