Jason H was great! He came out and diagnosed our no cooling issue right away. He was very professional and made us feel a lot more confident with our diagnosis compared to the previous company that came out. Kenny F came out 2 hours after Jason to quote us on a new system. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. Between our experience with these two, we will definitely be using FH Furr for all of our AC issues...

I called F.H. Furr because I had a leak underneath the toilet. The very pleasant person I spoke with in the office said someone would be at my house later that day. The plumber, Zachary Burton, did arrive as said. It was quite late and had to be his last stop and he must have been tired and wanting to go home. Nevertheless, he went about diagnosing and resolving the leaking issue with as much attention and thoroughness as if it were his first stop of the day. Zachary B. was completely focused on fixing the leak issue, regardless of the late hour, instead of rushing, patching it up and calling it a day. I was very impressed with his diagnostic ability, his knowledge and skill, his work ethic and his personality. The young man deserves 5 stars...
