Bright Side Roofing is amazing. I have a siding issue that required repairs and it was easy to setup a free quote online. Jason came out to look at the project. That same evening we got a quote for the repairs. They were able to get me on the schedule right away and within a week my siding is already repaired! Tyler did the repairs very quickly. Frank and his team are the absolute best!! I noticed a leak in my rood a day prior to contacting Frank and with the cold weather so near we were extremely worried . Frank and his team were extremely professional and efficient in helping me understand the process, discussing what needs to get done and updating me throughout the process. They were able to get it done in just two days and started immediately. Of course when we unraveled the roof , the unexpected occurred. Frank and his team had to remove all the shingles and all the plywood that as you can see in the photo was damaged. He was very understanding and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with their work and was stress free throughout the whole process because of Frank and his team. They cleaned up after themselves and the result of my roof was outstanding. Jose and the staff at Bright Side Roofing are truly an exceptional team. I first contacted Bright Side Roofing in the latter part of 2025 to obtain an estimate for siding and roof repairs for my aunt and uncle’s home in Smyrna, Delaware.

At the time, my aunt and uncle were dealing with new medical needs related to my uncle, while also facing significant storm damage to the siding and roof of their home. Jose came to their home, assessed the damage, and provided a very reasonable estimate. He also explained the steps they needed to take to submit a claim through their insurance company.

What stood out to me most was Jose’s willingness to work with my aunt and uncle based on their financial needs. He provided different options and took the time to make sure they understood the process. He also worked closely with them throughout the insurance claim process, helping them navigate the many delays and challenges they encountered.

After dealing with numerous delays and obstacles, Jose and the Bright Side Roofing team ultimately replaced the entire roof in August 2025. Throughout the entire process, Jose and his team were nothing but professional, patient, compassionate, and kind toward my aunt and uncle.

Their customer service and commitment to helping their customers truly made a difficult situation much easier for my family. I am extremely grateful for the way Jose and the Bright Side Roofing team handled everything from beginning to end.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly puts its customers first, I can’t recommend them enough. Jose was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. If it hadn’t been for him, I would have been out of pocket for thousands of dollars.

He went above and beyond by working directly with my insurance company to make sure every covered repair was documented, approved, replaced, and paid for. He kept me informed every step of the way and fought to make sure I received everything I was entitled to under my claim.

What could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into a smooth process because of Jose’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like family instead of just another customer.
