"I had my roof done 5 months ago and it’s been holding up extremely well!! I have so much great things to say but my review will turn into a book. lol. No issues, no surprises, and it still looks great. The shingle color hasn’t faded at all. From day one, the level of professionalism was impressive. The team was organized, on time, and kept everything clean and well coordinated throughout the project. There was a team on the roof, a team constantly cleaning up hazards, and a supervisor watching it all from across the street with eyes on both teams making sure they were working efficiently and clean. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect. I really liked the progress photos. I received photos of the roof before installation, photos showing all the shingles being peeled off, and after photos. They were very transparent. At no point did I have to wonder if they cut corners. If plans needed to be changed installation would halt and Charles would reach out to me for my feedback before proceeding. They were so professional and organized that my neighbors all complimented them after they left. What really set them apart was the follow-up. They actually checked back in after the job was completed to make sure everything was still holding up. Most companies disappear the second payment clears, but not this one. That kind of accountability shows they truly stand behind their work and actually care about long term quality not just an “Good luck wave” after installation day. They started at 7am and was finished by 2pm same day. No layovers, no bare roof for weeks just overall professional. They even moved the patio furniture and put it back. "A tree crashed through the roof of our garage! It was destroyed. Manny, his crew and his office staff were so professional, efficient and polite. They kept in touch with us in every aspect of the job. They even did all the preliminary work of negotiating with our insurance to make sure we would have the insurance money available to fix the damage to our satisfaction. They performed the work quickly, neatly and thoroughly, taking care to make sure everything was done to a tee! After constructing the new roof, they removed debris, painted where necessary, checked and adjusted the garage doors and made sure the garage was in good working order. We had a pile of things to dispose of from inside the garage that had gotten ruined after the tree fell and Manny kindly disposed of this for us. "The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate. Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day. They left my property as they had found it...neat and clean. All that was set out in the written estimate was completed as described. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. "We had hail damage from a storm in July. Tanner came and looked at the roof and said we had a good shot with calling in a claim to insurance. Tanner worked directly with the insurance company, met them here for the inspection, talked and negotiated with them on my behalf. When the work was being completed, Brandon the project manager, was great. It turned out to be a positive experience from the initial contact by Jacob to the actual work overseen by Brandon. Done in the aftermath of a heavy snowstorm, the actual work went smoothly. Brandon explained the process in detail at the beginnning, including the fact that roof wood might have to be replaced and what the cost of doing so would add to the contract. "Great job on a complicated roofing project. I chose Artisan because they had past experience installing mid-roof intake vents. My attic needed more ventilation, and my house has no eaves, so I was looking to get mid-roof intake vents installed. Artisan's Justin S. guided me through the quoting process. The job was started 2 weeks after the quote and completed in 1.5 days of work, despite unexpectedly needing to replace all of the (62-year-old) plywood decking and having rain cut the first day short. The half-finished roof was covered with tarps to protect the house from the weather. No leaks! The workers were clearly skilled and self-directed. The various products were installed per the manufacturer's instructions. The cleanup afterwards was thorough. When the GAF warranty registration came through, there were some errors in the products listed. Artisan quickly and easily corrected the mistakes in just a few days. VERY responsive. Overall, a pleasant experience working with Artisan."

"Great experience with Dan ,Brandon,Justin, and Madison. We were looking to replace our roof and gutters and we shopped around several companies. For us it wasn't just the cheapest but a company that had a great warranty and fully insured . Also a Company that had great people that worked for them from their reviews.We made an appointment with Madison who also was quick to get back to us or change any times we needed.She set up an appointment with Dan in sales. What a great start to our roofing experience.Madison and Dan set the bar high. Little did we know ,everyone we dealt with would ,only get better. Dan sat with us at our home for a couple hours ,working out all details of our installation for the roof on one day and gutters another day. Dan also was able to help get a price we would be happy with. Once we had our plan Madison arranged several installation days that would accommodate our schedules. It was unbelievable to watch the efficiency this team had. Brandon over saw everything ready to answer my questions or the needs of his crew for materials. Everyone on this crew was coordinated with what rolls they had right down to running magnets over every part of the yard for nails. They even returned all our bird baths,bird feeders,and yard decorations to their original spots. The crew i had never stopped and worked hard. When they finished Madison again reached out to give me dates for the gutter installation. I get a date and meet their next team members Justin. I walked the property sharing my concerns and he assured me everything I asked would have his attention. Justin and his crew just upped the bar to finish off a great experience with this company.
