We got quotes from at least six different roofing companies, some local, some not and CMW stood out from the start.

No hard sell, they were patient, just walked us through everything step by step.

Drone inspection and walk-through the attic with us, showing us the actual problem spots in the decking. Really appreciated how they took time to educate us on what needed to happen and why. They explained the materials they'd use and the whole process from start to finish, including cleanup. Permits were easy.

Pricing was straightforward with a few different options to choose from, and included gutter repair as part of the package. The flexibility helped us find something that worked for our budget since the homeowners insurance claim was denied.

They did the job in one day, fit us in right before the storm, arriving at 8am and bouncing out before 5pm. Cleanup after the job was thorough, important for us since we've got kids and a dog that's all over the yard. They made sure there weren't any stray nails or shingle/wood/metal debris left behind.

Would definitely recommend them if you're getting your roof done. Ask for Dave...

You just won the lottery!  I interviewed 8 (!!!) self-proclaimed “siding contractors” before a golden referral to CMW, where I finally found a well-run, organized, and competent management team who listened to what I wanted for the design and function of a new product to replace the worn and damaged wood siding and gutters that covered my contemporary home, and guided me to a solution that met/exceeded my expectations.  They did not try to sell me something they wanted to install, ignoring my issues with durability and design. They listened to my priorities and worked with me to find the PERFECT siding for my home. Then the next unexpectedly amazing step happened. Crews arrived to begin work on my house and I watched in awe as teams of disciplined, skilled workers started quickly installing my new siding. Each worker had a role, and I marveled as they worked efficiently and seamlessly together—almost like a well-rehearsed dance. Added to that each worker was friendly and polite—ALL THE TIME—both to me and their fellow workers. Where did CMW find these guys?
I am not exaggerating. It was a long and frustrating experience trying to find a company I could trust with such a big job. If I didn’t know without any doubt that it was absolutely imperative that I replace the siding on my house I would have given up my search, but in the end it was worth it because I found CMW and they did a magnificent job. My house is protected with new, durable LP siding that I will never have to paint again, and the siding style I selected, with the help of the CMW management team, enhances the original design of my contemporary home. It looks terrific and I can’t thank these guys enough for their skill and attention to detail, and their respect for me as a client. They answered my questions, they answered my phone calls, and they pointed out issues that had not occurred to me which led to a better final result. The downside to working with CMW? I can’t think of one...

David and his crew did a marvelous job on both installing ventilated soffits and repairing the brickwork and cap for my crumbly chimney top. They also had to replace the flue. David kept me updated along the way with pictures since I was in another state. They were timely, professional and very quick! It was a pleasure working with them...
