I interviewed several different roofing companies and I’m so thankful that I went with Junior at Greenland construction services. My house got such a revamp and a new roof made it look like a new home. There guys were in and out in one day! Can you believe it? They got the whole roof done in one day I was amazed. They were very clean, very professional and very respectful. JR the owner took me through the whole process and even got me a large discount On my roof! Great experience from beginning to end. We’re so happy With how it turned out, we’ve decided to go ahead and get siding and windows through them as well. If I could give 10 stars, i would. I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was punctual, arriving exactly when scheduled, and completed the entire project in just one day without compromising quality. They were extremely professional, respectful of my property, and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Greenland Construction. The estimate process was straightforward, and Francisco ("Junior") was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer our questions.

Junior helped us understand the different roofing materials available on the market. After explaining our vision, he presented several options. We ultimately chose the premium option, and we couldn't be happier with that decision. The finished product offers an elegant look and the durability to last 40+ years.

On the first day of the project, we experienced an unexpected issue with the roof. Junior went above and beyond, showing up after normal work hours—at 3:00 a.m., no less—with his team to address the situation and keep the project moving forward.

The work was completed within the expected timeframe, and the final result exceeded our expectations—and we had set those expectations very high. We would gladly recommend Greenland Construction to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service...

We were very happy working with Greenland Construction Services. Junior ( the owner) was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and available. The team that worked on our house were all professional. Any issues were addressed in a timely manner. They even went over and above…replacing a number of screens on our windows and replacing the flash around the roof!! I would highly recomend...
