We had a great experience with using Artisan.  Everything was straightforward and their quote was very transparent and clearly explained. They had our roof replaced in a single day. The crew was very polite and efficient. They cleaned everything up. I keep checking for loose nails which was my concern with the driveway but have not found any even in the garden beds around the house. Ours was an insurance claim and they handled everything for us...

Could not have asked for a better roofing experience!

Brandon (owner) and Andrew came out to our home and completed a thorough inspection, providing a detailed report that clearly showed the damage and explained our options. From the beginning, they made the entire process simple and stress-free.

They handled communication with insurance, addressed any issues that came up, and attended all inspections until everything was approved. Their professionalism and communication throughout the process really stood out.

On installation day, Brandon (project manager) was incredibly knowledgeable and kept everything running smoothly. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

They also offer an excellent warranty program at no extra cost, which was a huge plus.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that is professional, reliable, and truly takes care of their customers, this is the one. Highly recommend — 10/10...

I am delighted to report that my new roof was installed in one day!
My courteous and professional project manager, Brandon M.,  and his hard working team arrived early in the morning. Brandon kept me apprised of progress throughout the day. Well before sunset, I had a wonderful new roof and all clean-up taken care of. Even my potted plants which had been moved out of the way, were carefully returned to their proper stations.
Everyone I dealt with at Artisan was friendly and eager to help me  with this project, including office staff, Tanner the company representative, and of course, Brandon the project manager— so I am grateful to them all...

Working with Artisan for my new roof was a great experience. When Tanner, the sales rep came to my house for an inspection of the roof, he was thorough and showed me pictures of the areas of concern. He explained the different options and the materials that we would be using for the project. The price was explained in detail, as well as the different savings and payment options. I was not pressured to make a decision during the initial consultation and the price did not change during the process.

On the day of the installation, Brandon and his crew did a great job completing the roof in one day. During the day, I was given constant updates about the progress, as well as pictures of the job. Brandon explained the different steps they were taking. The crew was careful not to crush any of our plants and even removed our solar lights to make sure they were not damaged. At the end of the job, everything was put back the way it was before they arrived. The roof looks great and the entire process of working with Artisan Building and Remodeling was very smooth...
