Could not have asked for a better roofing experience!

Brandon (owner) and Andrew came out to our home and completed a thorough inspection, providing a detailed report that clearly showed the damage and explained our options. From the beginning, they made the entire process simple and stress-free.

They handled communication with insurance, addressed any issues that came up, and attended all inspections until everything was approved. Their professionalism and communication throughout the process really stood out.

On installation day, Brandon (project manager) was incredibly knowledgeable and kept everything running smoothly. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

They also offer an excellent warranty program at no extra cost, which was a huge plus.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that is professional, reliable, and truly takes care of their customers, this is the one. Highly recommend — 10/10!...

We had a great experience with using Artisan.  Everything was straightforward and their quote was very transparent and clearly explained. They had our roof replaced in a single day. The crew was very polite and efficient. They cleaned everything up. I keep checking for loose nails which was my concern with the driveway but have not found any even in the garden beds around the house. Ours was an insurance claim and they handled everything for us....

Chris and his crew were excellent. A job well done and was completed in a short time and the barn roof looks great. Would have them back in a heartbeat.    This part was beyond their control, but we had an invoice stating what our balance was to be and I made the check for that balance. We were told that no you have to pay the permit fee.   I think for future customers- the office staff needs to email and updated invoice when you get the permit fee.  Otherwise we were very happy with Chris and his crew.  Our 50 year old barn roof looks 100% better than it did yesterday.  Thank you for all the hard work....

We had the rear roof replaced & we couldn’t be happier with our experience; if I could give them 10 stars I would! From start to finish, this roofing company was incredibly attentive and professional. Their Sales Rep Dan was my first contact and he kept in touch through the entire process- he was fantastic. The day of the replacement, their Project Manager Brandon kept me informed throughout the day. Both gentleman took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure every detail was handled with care.
The entire crew was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing—they completed the job (clearing the roof of snow, stripping off the old roof and installing the new) in one day without cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the work area. When they finished, it looked like they had never even been there (except for our beautiful new roof!).
If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and respectable roofing team, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!...
