We had shingle damage after a hail storm, and Artisan was the very best choice for replacing our roof. We looked at certifications, references, and product quality; all top notch. Tanner helped us navigate the insurance claims process, handled meeting the adjuster, facilitated scheduling the job, and was readily available to us from start to finish for any questions. On installation day, Brandon and the whole crew were professional, efficient, and meticulous; leaving a beautiful new roof and a completely clean property.

We had hail damage from a storm in July.  Tanner came and looked at the roof and said we had a good shot with calling in a claim to insurance.  Tanner worked directly with the insurance company, met them here for the inspection, talked and negotiated with them on my behalf.  When the work was being completed, Brandon the project manager, was great.  He explained to me the whole process, what was going to be done, the timeline, etc.  The crew was extremely respectful and when they left there wasn’t one thing left behind.  The yard was so clean it was like they were never here.  Thanks again Brandon and Tanner.  Nothing but good things to say...

We had the rear roof replaced & we couldn’t be happier with our experience; if I could give them 10 stars I would! From start to finish, this roofing company was incredibly attentive and professional. Their Sales Rep Dan was my first contact and he kept in touch through the entire process- he was fantastic. The day of the replacement, their Project Manager Brandon kept me informed throughout the day. Both gentleman took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure every detail was handled with care.
The entire crew was efficient and clearly knew what they were doing—they completed the job (clearing the roof of snow, stripping off the old roof and installing the new) in one day without cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the work area. When they finished, it looked like they had never even been there (except for our beautiful new roof!).
If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and respectable roofing team, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way...

I had a great experience working with Artisan. I needed to replace my roof quickly and they were extremely accommodating. I initially worked with Alex, he’s very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I was mostly impressed by how organized and respectful the roofing team was. They showed up on time, took extra measures to ensure my home was protected during the install and did an outstanding job cleaning up after. The roof looks absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier with my choice...
