"I contacted ATS Exteriors Roofing & Siding to inspect my roof and siding. Jeff came out promptly and spent about 20 minutes doing a thorough inspection. He explained that my roof was in overall good shape but pointed out several areas on both the roof and siding that needed minor repairs. He also showed me that my 23‑year‑old siding had never been nailed down correctly, which I would have never known on my own. The next day, I received a detailed estimate along with photographs of every problem area. I approved the work, and the following week Jeff sent his crew to complete the repairs. The team finished everything in about half a day. Jeff, Rebecca, and their foreman were all very easy to work with. I appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. When a hail storm hit my neighborhood I contacted Jeff at ATS Exteriors and he came out that same day to conduct a free roof inspection and identified signs of hail damage. "I can not say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for a roofing company this is the company. As of last Fall, I lived in my house for 10 years, so I had my roof checked out to make sure there were no issues. After inspecting my roof for about an hour it was discovered I had hail damage from a storm in 2024. At the end of the appointment I asked Ricky how much I owed for his time. He told me I didn’t owe anything as he emailed me the report he prepared about my roof. Ricky was straightforward. He explained my roof could last another 5 or 10 years, but at the time of the appointment I was in the window that my homeowners insurance should cover it. At the end of the meeting Ricky explained that if I proceeded to replace my roof all he asked was to keep AC INC in mind. When I was ready to proceed, Ricky and AC INC were great. Not only did they deal with my homeowners insurance company, but they advocated for me to make sure my insurance covered everything they should and they did. The day the roof was replaced was actually the easiest part. AC INC completed the project in one day and did an amazing job. Ricky made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the work done and made sure one or two small items were dealt with before proceeding with payment. It was great dealing with such a customer service forward company. They under promised and over delivered. I’m not looking forward to the next time I have to replace my roof, but I already know which company I’ll use."
