"Steve had so much information which answered our questions and demonstrated their good products and their long time experience and the pricing seemed reasonable, so I didn't even get a second opinion. I just went with them. I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job. They did it in one day. They went above and beyond by installing a new whole and vent for a kitchen fan. I had put on new gutters about 3 years before and they left the new rain gutters intact and didn't have to be removed. They even came back and added a rain diverter that got removed during the roofing process and replaced it. All the old flashing around existing vent vents were replaced with new non-rusting flashing. AJ was really great to work with, very accommodating, as was Will, he returned after the job was done to help resolve one concern. (replace rain diverter)."

On day 2 the new shingles were installed, and they had a little bit of cleanup the next morning. The roofers were very polite and were conscious about keeping things cleaned up around the house. "I contacted ATS Exteriors Roofing & Siding to inspect my roof and siding. Jeff came out promptly and spent about 20 minutes doing a thorough inspection. He explained that my roof was in overall good shape but pointed out several areas on both the roof and siding that needed minor repairs. He also showed me that my 23‑year‑old siding had never been nailed down correctly, which I would have never known on my own. The next day, I received a detailed estimate along with photographs of every problem area. I approved the work, and the following week Jeff sent his crew to complete the repairs.
