I am a returning customer to Ethos as Sam and team have done great work for me in the past.  Following a recent storm and simply due to the passage of time, my tile roof needed some repairs.  Upon reaching out to Sam, he contacted me promptly to arrange a visit so he could diagnose what was needed, and then had the work completed in just a few days.  He also provided me with pictures of what needed attention along with the quote and then after evidencing everything had been completed as agreed.  Great job once again - thanks Sam and team...

We had a great experience with Ethos Roofing & Restoration, especially working with Sam. We were in the process of purchasing a home and our inspector noted a few minor roof issues. Sam came out quickly, thoroughly inspected everything, and was able to address the minor repairs right away.

What really stood out was that he also identified issues with the solar panels that our inspector missed. That information was incredibly valuable as we moved forward with the purchase process. Sam was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience.

Ethos, through expertise and diligence was able to convince my insurance company to replace my 23 year old roof due to hail damage.  In November 2024, I called Sam S from Ethos to replace a couple of broken tiles that I noticed in the front of my home.  Using a drone to inspect the entire roof, he informed me that I had a least 40 cracked and broken tiles, and he thought a successful insurance claim was possible.  However, he cautioned me that the process could take up to a year.  It did! But Sam kept me informed.  Regarding communication responsiveness, Sam is the best contractor I've ever worked with.  He let me know what was needed from me so Ethos could move the project through the process as quickly as possible.  He replied within minutes or hours to my texts;  I never had to ask him something twice.  I highly recommend Ethos.  Oh, and my new roof looks great and gets me a discount on my homeowners insurance...
