We are repeat customers of Faithful Roofing. In 2018, Lucas and his team replaced our roof and gutters with quality and efficiency that exceeded our expectations. They also installed a powered roof vent, which has been a great addition.

In 2022, our second home was damaged by a hail storm. Faithful Roofing offered to provide us with their full-service general contracting services, which included replacing the roof, gutters, installing new windows, repairing our fence, and painting the exterior of our home.

All good contractors do an excellent job when projects go well. However, it is the truly great contractors who are able to rise to the occasion when things go wrong. During the course of our restoration work, there was a breakdown in communication with one of Faithful Roofing's trade partners. I contacted Lucas on a Sunday, and he immediately called me back. He assured me that he would take care of the problem, and he followed through on his word.

We are very pleased with the work that Faithful Roofing has done for us. They are a reliable, trustworthy company that provides quality workmanship at a fair price. Awesome company! They came out and fixed our whole roof after it was destroyed from hail. The work was excellent, the communication was even better.
