After lots of time looking through businesses and reviews, I luckily came across Med Air Pro. This gentleman is not only highly knowledgeable and professional but he was the most efficient, reliable tech that had come out to see my unit thus far. And thank goodness because I was scheduled just a few days after contacting him, he was prompt and found the culprit of my issues within minutes. NOT TO MENTION I HAVE A COMBINED SYSTEM AND MY COMPRESSOR WAS ON THE ROOF. This was a huge concern for me because everyone I’ve worked with or called had made it such a big deal to access to the unit on the roof (mind you the building is only 2 stories and I’m on the 2nd floor I don’t believe my compressor unit on the roof was more than 30 feet high if that). He accessed the unit with no issues and told me exactly what I needed and that was just a replacement of a part. He immediately followed with explaining the costs and expectations. I was left with joy and relief as I was let down for weeks sitting in unit that’s been 90 degrees plus. The gentleman just left maybe an hour or less ago and my unit is already getting down to a comfortable temperature. THE RELIEF!!!!! I will be more on top of maintaining my HVAC and AC system but will be doing so only with Med Air Pro. It gives me such peace of mind and comfort knowing I have a reliable, trustworthy and effective service I can count on. I highly, highly recommended this business and do not wait any longer like I did because Med Air Pro will suffice any issues beyond belief (not to mention supporting small local businesses, is not only more beneficial, but they overall seem to have a higher standard and care for their clients compared to big companies).
