Lions was a reliable resource for us at our difficult to service location (cabin) in Red Feather. They took care of pumping our vault, drained our hot water heater to close out the cabin at the end of Fall and did other plumbing work for us. Great experience! I called for a potential entire sewage line replacement on a Friday (second quote after another company said I had days to do it), and they offered 3 time slots to chose from on Saturday for a tech to come out. Charity was personable and very upfront with her diagnosis, and clearly knowledgeable. Instead of up selling to match what the previous company told me, she gave me a realistic solution based on my plans the in the next 12-15 months. Mark Hatfield came out for an AC tune up and the service was phenomenal! He was patient and answered every question I had thoroughly, and taught me how to clean my condenser. DJ was my tech for a free system review of my AC/ Heater. I had both installed new within the last 3 years so I didn't expect any issues. DJ spent a good hour looking at everything. He showed me pictures of where my ducts hadn't been sealed, were coming apart, etc. And where a safety overflow had not been connected and the city inspector didn't notice. He was able to correct the safety overflow on site. The price was fair. DJ was very personable and professional. Super sweet and thorough. He is the first tech ever who actually put the floor cover to the crawl space back. They typically just leave it wherever for me to handle. He also mentioned that the air filter the installer had used was too big and was allowing for reduced performance b/c of the gaps. Very happy with the visit and Lion Home Service...
