"I contacted ATS Exteriors Roofing & Siding to inspect my roof and siding. Jeff came out promptly and spent about 20 minutes doing a thorough inspection. He explained that my roof was in overall good shape but pointed out several areas on both the roof and siding that needed minor repairs. He also showed me that my 23‑year‑old siding had never been nailed down correctly, which I would have never known on my own. The next day, I received a detailed estimate along with photographs of every problem area. I approved the work, and the following week Jeff sent his crew to complete the repairs. When a hail storm hit my neighborhood I contacted Jeff at ATS Exteriors and he came out that same day to conduct a free roof inspection and identified signs of hail damage. After I submitted an insurance claim, Jeff took the time to meet with my insurance adjuster when they inspected the damage even though it was on a Sunday. "Precise Roofing has been a great company to work with in the replacement of my roof. I had reached out to Allen who was my point of contact during this time. During the time of my Roof inspection, he stated that after the install, I will notice during the hot summer months. The attic will be approximately 6 degrees cooler and winter months about 6 degrees warmer. I did notice that this past summer after the install. My AC was not used and the outside day temperature was around 85 degrees. This was due to the configuration of the new vented system that he recommended. Thanks Allen for the great work!"

Lance handled every aspect of our insurance claim which involved roofing, gutters, painting, screens and a complete deck rebuild. The original insurance estimate was extremely low but Lance and team negotiated the claim to where it rightly should have been in the first place. Communication was excellent and work scheduling was streamlined and done to my standards (which are a bit high!).
