Champion Replacement Windows of Colorado Springs

We had Champion install 3 of their windows in our kitchen. The window frames were scratched in multiple spots, there was foam coming out of the side on the exterior, and the caulking was way overdone. I brought this up and they said they'd remedy it. They sent someone out who cut off the foam and added more caulk. Nothing was done about the scratches. Overall I like the windows themselves but it's so disappointing to have them scratched up from day 1...

Brandon Kosut was excellent. Very professional - had a lot of knowledge. I work in sales as well and definitely appreciate a sales rep who doesn’t pressure but lays it all out. He stayed late and had a lot of patience between the back and forth. Great experience and looking forward to our windows and hopefully being repeat clients in the future for the remaining windows we need...
