This was my first awareness that another AC company could do a diagnostic for me. The compressor had died. Comfort Check was able to do a temporary fix that provided AC for a few days. I was not charged, because after several compassionate, caring, skillful conversations, I purchased a new unit from Comfort Check. Gustavo even suggested that Laura clear that Friday in order to install my new unit. There are certain unforgettable interactions in life, in the positive always to do with people living from their hearts. Comfort Check is a special company, whose PEOPLE will absolutely bend over backwards to take care of its customers, especially those who care about each of them, as I do.
