He was on time, and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, which only took 3 days from first call to out the door having replaced the water heater. Incredible. Mr. Rooter is 5 stars plus! Before arriving Kavan, the technician, sent a text with his photo and time of arrival. When he arrived, I already knew who he was. Nice security detail. While snaking out the sink, he came across another problem, and arranged to get that taken care of as well. Both Kavan and “Mr. Rooter” were highly professional.
