We recently hired Roofworx for a full flat roof replacement on our property in San Francisco, about 1,200 square feet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Vlad and his team were professional, clear with communication, and very knowledgeable about flat roofing systems. The old roof was removed and replaced efficiently, and the new flat roof installation was done with great attention to detail. I had a small leak on my low-pitch shingle roof and contacted Roofworx Inc. for an inspection. After a thorough evaluation, they explained that the issue was caused by improper roofing materials being used for a low-slope application. Instead of just patching it, they recommended the correct solution: installing a modified bitumen roofing system designed specifically for low-pitch roofs. They clearly explained why shingles are not ideal for low-slope areas and why modified bitumen would provide better waterproofing and long-term protection. The installation was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Since the repair, we’ve had no leaks at all. I really appreciate their transparency and expertise. We worked with Roofworx to redo our roof.  The roof was not a standard re-shingling. We wanted to add insulation on top of our existing exposed beam ceiling to preserve the beauty of the wood.  The insulation was desired because our roof did not have any insulation and during sunny days in the summer it would be quite uncomfortable inside.  They worked with us to get all the details right and in the end our roof is quite nice.  It is very comfortable inside and looks great...
